1.Do they glow under black light?
No,they are only neon light style.CAN NOT BE LUMINIOUS during day and night.But they seem to be a little LUMINIOUS all day because of the designs.
2.Are these appropriate as the prize gifts for my kids?
Nice as the gifts for everyone,but there are 3-5 pcs inappropriate designs for the kids,just go through before giving out.Still so many funny designs for using.
3.Are they truly waterproof?
